Fatigue is one of the signs of depression, but it may be many other causes. In other words, feel tired does not necessarily mean that one is depressed.

Symptoms respective

- The symptoms of fatigue: decreased motivation, impaired memory, sleep, not recovery, relative inefficiency, decreased activity, lack of dynamism in the work, or lack of muscle aches.

- Symptoms of depression: sad mood, lack of interest or loss of pleasure, the idea of death, sleep disturbances, changes in appetite and weight, feelings of worthlessness or guilt, psychomotor retardation, fatigue, decreased ability to think and concentration.

Treatments

While depression requires specific care, treatment for fatigue is rest.

Knowing these signs are unique, it is easier to differentiate these two entities. In case of doubt or persistent signs despite the rest, it is recommended to talk to his doctor to find an appropriate treatment.
