This practice is based on more or less complex choreography that run around a step. It is a cardiovascular activity on a fairly steady rate.

Each course comprises a ten minute warm up and stretching, followed by a dance which lasts about 25 minutes, then ten minutes to restore calm to slow down and stretch. Ideally, the teacher proposes a new choreography every session.

What are the risks? Sprains of the ankle or knee sprains at the ankles, tendinitis of the heel, knee ligament distension.

What precautions? The step is done always with good shoes, slip-resistant and very absorbing (type of running shoes).

The body-sculpt

It is a technique for building muscle muscles throughout the body. We use weights, elastic bands, weights, weighted bars or clubs.

What are the risks? Asymmetry aesthetics, back problems, tendonitis (including shoulder). As with other practices, these problems can be prevented through quality education and good practice.
