
Parental leave may be full (with suspension of the employment contract) or partial (with a minimum of 16 hours per week). The employer can not refuse partial parental leave, but the distribution of days and hours shall be fixed with the agreement.
At each renewal, parental leave can be transformed into part-time or vice versa.
What about paid leave
