It is not bulky and super-convenient: I can not just keep much longer than anything I put under vacuum (more air and thus more oxidation or fermentation) but also cook at low temperature in a bag , meat or fish, just as do the Chiefs! Made from 90% juice and apple puree concentrate, 5% to 7% of strawberry puree or concentrated fishing, gelling agent, and 53 € a kilo, it is a scam! It also naively stated on the packaging. For the Fishing Toolbar (not "Apple bar"!), "It took an apple and 8 g of fishing to develop a 15g bar. For the packet of Strawberry Nuggets, is "two apples and 14 g of strawberries"! It does not replace any "a portion of fruit to go around" because there are more vitamins, more water either. I bite an apple when I get hungry, I eat strawberries for dessert because it is now the season and it does not cost me € 53 a kilo.
