This site is a blog with specific information about Denver area neighborhoods, as well as articles about neighborhood and home related topics.  The information provided here combines on the ground reporting in specific neighborhoods as well as relevant research.  Some of the material on neighborhoods is subjective (our opinions of the area), other material is fact.  We are hoping to help people who are looking to move to the Denver area find the neighborhood that will work best for them—even if they're looking from thousands of miles away sitting in front of their computer at 2 a.m. in their pajamas.  When you're looking for a new neighborhood, or looking to relocate to Denver, it's a bit hard to get "the real scoop" on a neighborhood from an unbiased source, which is why we started this website (well that and we think it's fun).  We are not realtors, and are not involved in real estate in any other way.
