Bradburn Village is surrounded by services, shops, restaurants, and bars—many within walking distance.
The closest grocery store is King Soopers which is across 120th and a 3 minute drive from the neighborhood. A new, organic grocer is slated to open late 2008 called Sprouts a 1 minute drive/10 minute walk from the neighborhood. Across 120th and a little bit down a new super Wal-Mart is planned with construction slated to being the summer of 2008. There are many restaurants within 5-15 minutes walking distance of Bradburn homes including Ted’s Montana Grill, Extreme Pizza, Coldstone Creamery, Zen Asian Bistro, IHOP, Wendy’s, and Chipotle. There are also currently two bars, an excellent little independent Irish pub called the Exchange Tavern, and the Fox and Hound. Within the neighborhood itself there are several services including a hair salon, a yoga studio, a daycare and preschool facility, a dentist, and a church (Protestant). The closest hospital is 15 minutes away, there is a Children’s Hospital urgent care facility within 5 minutes of the neighborhood, and there are Bradburn’s commercial area is slated to have many more 2-4 story buildings, the majority will be retail/office on the first floor and office or residential above. The developer gives no estimate of when this section of the neighborhood will be complete, but when it is, the neighborhood will have its own “downtown” area with many more shops and restaurants within walking distance. |
