The condos run from around 1000-1600 sq feet and are priced from 160-200 K (without upgrades). The condo units have their own clubhouse, pool, and exercise facility, but residents are also allowed access to the other Vista Ridge facilities. Tract builders offer homes from 1600-3500 sq feet ranging in price from the high 200s to the mid 500s. Patio homes are available from the 300s-400s. Custom homes start in the 800s.
![]() The typical streetscape in Vista Ridge. Vista Ridge has the golf course threaded through it which provides nice greenery even after the rest of the landscape has turned brown. The neighborhood is hilly (hence the great views), and a bit maze-like: it has a lot of cul-de-sacs which dead end right next to a through street which can be frustration when trying to navigate the area, but assumingly isn’t a problem for residents who know where they are going. Architecturally most of the homes are standard tract homes, and the garages and wide driveways really dominate the façade, especially with the three car garage models. There are some different exterior colors which helps add interest, and for standard tract homes the homes are still nice, if a bit lacking in curb appeal (in some cases more than others). Overall, it’s a nice, suburban neighborhood with its own charms. ![]() Many homes have three car garages.
