Vista Ridge is in the St. Vrain Valley school district. A brand new elementary school is almost complete on the southeast side of the neighborhood. It is set to open in 2008 and will be the home elementary for Vista Ridge kiddos. The home middle school for Vista is Erie Middle School, which is located in the adorable little town of Erie about a 10 minute drive from Vista Ridge. The home high school is the almost brand new Erie High School, which is just outside downtown Erie, also about a 10 minute drive from Vista Ridge.
