Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Neighborhood Insider account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what we delete, what we may need to retain, how long it takes, and how to reach us. Submit the form below and we'll send a confirmation to your email.
What data is deleted
Your account profile — name, email, followed neighborhoods and cities, and the role you use (resident, homeowner, business, REALTOR®, or advertiser).
Content tied to your account — saved places, follows, reviews you left, messages to our AI assistants, and any business profiles, brand assets, and campaigns you own.
Connected integrations — Facebook, Instagram, ad account, and pixel connections, including any access tokens we store on your behalf.
What data may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations — for example, transaction and billing history through our payment processor.
We may retain information necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, for as long as reasonably required.
Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be kept to operate and improve the platform.
How long it takes
We verify and process data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Complex requests may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed if so.
Once processing is complete, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems, subject to the limited retention described above.
