Neighborhood Insider is a neighborhood intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to provide a trustworthy, useful local experience.
Account information you provide when you create an account or subscribe — such as your name, email address, the neighborhoods and cities you follow, and the role you use (resident, homeowner, business, REALTOR®, or advertiser).
Content you submit — including business profiles, brand assets, listings, reviews you choose to leave, and messages to our AI assistants.
Usage information — pages you view and actions you take, which we use to operate and improve the platform.
To provide the service: personalizing your dashboards, generating neighborhood intelligence reports, and powering AI features you request.
To operate subscriptions and payments through our payment processor.
To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) for billing and our hosting and analytics providers. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the platform.
Business accounts are isolated: an advertiser can only access their own profile, brand assets, campaigns, and analytics. We enforce per-account scoping so that one business cannot view another's private data.
Content you publish to a public business profile or directory listing is, by design, visible to the public.
You can review and update your account information and followed areas from your settings at any time.
You can request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Questions about this policy or your data? Reach us through the contact options on our homepage and we will respond as promptly as we can.
