Certain features — such as advertiser tools, REALTOR® workspace features, and other subscriptions — may require a paid plan. Prices and included features are described at the point of purchase.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Taxes may apply depending on your location.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to host and display it as part of providing the service.

You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, and not to misuse the platform or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Some features generate content using AI based on the information available. AI output is provided to assist you and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

Neighborhood intelligence and local data are drawn from third-party and public sources and are provided for general informational purposes.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighborhood Insider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
