Join us for Tai Chi sessions with Nelson Ng! In this weekly class, participants will learn the basic principles and the philosophy behind Tai Chi, gaining flexibility and a better sense of balance through slow, gentle movement. Nelson started learning Chen's Tai Chi in 1989 from Master Gene Chen, who was a disciple of Grandmaster Feng ZhiQiang. Nelson has been teaching since 2014. This class is free and open to beginners as well as those who have previous Tai Chi experience. People of all ages are welcome. You must sign in upon arrival.

Note: This program has been rescheduled to Saturday, July 18 from Saturday, June 20. Celebrate this year's Dragon Boat Festival with some family fun! Families with babies and toddlers are invited to decorate their own cardboard "dragon boat" and then wear them for a race around our patio. Registration is required for each child attending. We will provide cardboard boxes and decorations for registered attendees. Please arrive on time. Unclaimed supplies will be given to walk-in attendees 15 minutes after the program start time.

Come and improve your mental and physical health in mindfulness meditation sessions led by Phuong Pham. Each session is 30 minutes of sitting meditation and 15 minutes of releasing meditation followed by 15 minutes of group sharing and Q&A. It is open to all levels of experience and no registration is required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and/or meditation cushions. Chairs are available for those who do not bring them. Phuong is a Buddhist nun experienced in leading mindfulness meditation.
