A family market for three generations.

Founded in 1976, Zanotto's has been a family-owned market serving San Jose for nearly fifty years, built on Italian heritage and a genuine commitment to its neighbors.

Now carried on by three generations of the Zanotto family, the market continues a tradition of quality and personal service — fresh foods, a full deli, quality meats, and a thoughtfully curated wine selection, all under one neighborhood roof.

Through the decades, what hasn't changed is the welcome. At Zanotto's, customers are still known by name, and grocery shopping still feels like a visit to the neighborhood market it has always been.

Zanotto's Monthly Wine Dinner

One of Willow Glen's most anticipated dining experiences takes place on the second Wednesday of every month at Zanotto's Family Market. Each month, Chef Patti Tibbils creates an elegant five-course surprise dinner, thoughtfully prepared in the Zanotto's Willow Glen kitchen and served inside The Tavola — an intimate dining room with beautifully set individual place settings.

Every dinner is paired with exceptional wines presented by a featured local winery or guest sommelier, with a different winery showcased each month. To make the evening even more memorable, the five-course menu remains a surprise until guests are seated.

The Wine Dinner has become one of Willow Glen's signature culinary traditions — outstanding food, carefully selected wines, and an unforgettable evening shared with the local community.
